Alexandra Olsen

Marriage Family Therapist Intern

Alexandra received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management at Eastern Connecticut State University in 2016. Following graduation, she worked in marketing for the first seven years of her career. Alex decided to make the transition to becoming a therapist, honoring her life-long calling to help others and her passion for mental health advocacy. Alex is pursuing a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at Southern Connecticut State University, where she will graduate in August 2024.

  Alex believes in a holistic approach to wellness with a foundation in systems theory. She strives to create a warm and safe space for her clients to do their inner work. She helps her clients identify and overcome patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are limiting and helps to guide them on a path of self-discovery that brings them back in alignment with their true authentic self.
