MFTA
Marriage Family Therapist Associate

Much of my work centers on supporting clients through experiences that disrupt a sense of stability or meaning, including grief, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I bring a trauma-informed lens to therapy and have experience working with individuals and families from military, veteran, and first responder communities. I’m particularly attentive to how stress and loss show up in both emotional and physical ways, and I aim to offer care that feels grounded, and responsive to each person’s needs.

My clinical training took place along the front range of Colorado, where I began working with experiential approaches including equine-assisted therapy and nature-based work. Those experiences reinforced the idea that meaningful healing happens when we attend to the mind, body, and spirit together. I view emotional well-being, physical experience, and a person’s sense of meaning and connection as closely linked, and I bring this integrated perspective into my work with clients.
