I desire to work with those wanting to see change. From intrusive thoughts and psychological or personal
struggles to family and couples relationships, I will work towards empowering you to effect the meaningful change you desire.
During my experience with individuals, families and couples I have learned that actively listening and fully understanding
what you are really hoping to gain from treatment is vital. I then work with you to provide personalized treatment that assists
in empowering you to understand and alter patterns of thought and behavior that interfere with your wellbeing.
My hope is that despite the many cultural and self-imposed barriers, you will allow yourself the opportunity to improve
your well-being in an environment that is fully supportive and without judgment. I am here to come alongside you and offer
you a place to be understood, supported, and empowered to better your life in ways that might seem impossible.
I studied Psychology at Covenant College and received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
I am currently working on my Gottman Method Couples Therapy certification.
