I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from California Southern University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University (formerly Nyack College). I have a deep passion for supporting people through their most vulnerable seasons.
Clinically, I take an eclectic and personalized approach to therapy. Because no two stories are the same, I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. This allows me to meet you exactly where you are, offering practical tools while intentionally weaving in Biblical counseling for those who wish to incorporate their Christian faith into their healing journey.
To better serve you through your challenges, I am proud to offer therapy in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
My goal is to equip you with the resilience and spiritual encouragement needed to truly thrive. When I am not in my office, you can usually find me serving at my church, exploring new foods, traveling with my family, or enjoying outdoor adventures.
If you are feeling that your emotions are just over the line of what you are comfortable with, that they are beginning to impact your daily or weekly functioning, NOW is the time to seek support. I am here to provide a warm space and an open mind to what you are struggling with and seek to assist you in moving forward.
