working alongside you is to create a warm and collaborative space that invites you to come as
you are. Together, you will explore your beliefs, values, and the characteristics of your authentic
self and rewrite the narrative of how your genuine self wants to show up fully in all areas of your
life. Henryriana utilizes an integrative approach to counseling that is both empathetic and
challenging. She deeply values the relationship built between you and will also help push you to
shift your perspective on patterns and behaviors that are limiting you from growing and thriving.
Henryriana’s therapeutic style will support you explore your history (the stuff we shove under
rugs) as you learn to reidentify core beliefs and values that influence your God-given abilities.
Together, you will work to build emotional regulation skills, navigate conflict in a healthy
manner, engage in difficult emotions, and learn how to show kindness and care to the parts of
you that desire it the most.
Henryriana’s enjoys working with clients to explore their identity in Christ while supporting
them as they connect with Him, feel His love, and discover His purpose for their lives.
Henryriana provides a Christ-Centered holistic environment to care for your mind, body, and
soul, recognizing healing is not only for the mind.
Beginning counseling can feel crushing--Henryriana will be here to partner with you every step
of the way. She seeks to embody the values of love, humility, curiosity, acceptance, and non-
judgment for everyone she is honored to get to know in this space. Henryriana completed her
undergraduate studies at Southern Connecticut State University, where she received her B.A. in
Psychology. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Fairfield
University. She is excited to continue counseling individuals in Connecticut and Texas, stating "I
believe that humor, finding moments of joy, and embracing life's simple pleasures contribute to
the healing process. We witness personal growth when we tap into the resources around us. My
role as a counselor is to help clients experience the beauty of life—whether it's through a warm
smile, a kind word, well wishes for a busy week, or even a peaceful moment of silence."
