I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University as I work towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Through both professional and personal experiences, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with individuals from a variety of ages, backgrounds, and cultures. It is the true passion of my heart to support individuals who are seeking improved daily functioning, working through specific challenges, or pursuing greater overall well-being in their lives. While we cannot always control the circumstances we face, we can develop new ways of understanding and approaching them.
Change first begins with being willing to grow, placing you one step forward on your journey.
I take a Christ-centered approach in my work, while remaining committed to meeting each client where they are. I welcome individuals of any religious and nonreligious belief systems, as well as a wide range of personal experiences and backgrounds, by creating an open and supportive space for us to work together. Each person’s journey will look different, and I would be honored to support you as you begin or continue on your unique path toward individual growth, peace, and wholeness.
