I received my master’s degree from Liberty University where I studied Pastoral Counseling with a focus
in Marriage and the Family Therapy. I additionally completed a certificate in Biblical Studies at Northpoint
Bible College in Haverhill, Massachusetts. I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, S.Y.M.B.I.S (Saving Your Marriage
Before It Starts), and Suicide P.A.I.R (Prevention, Assessment, Intervention, and Recovery).
I have also worked with women that may have had or are going through a divorce.
I have been trained to work as a Pastoral Counselor which is a form of psychotherapy that uses spiritual resources as well
as psychological understanding for healing and growth. As a Pastoral Counselor, I am a mental health professional and have had
in-depth theological training, as well as graduate mental health training. Sessions include digging into the Word of God for
answers to life’s problems and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide sessions. Faith, spirituality, deliverance, and theology are
always incorporated into the pastoral counseling model. My working model is that I believe that the incorporation of spiritual
exploration can lead to wholeness, healing, and growth. I strive to always be empathetic and committed to providing professional,
discerning counsel that is always founded on the word of God.
