I have found great joy in working with individuals working to overcome anxiety, social phobia, depression, mood disorders, and adjusting to change and life stressors. Introducing tools and coping strategies and helping clients understand their life story has demonstrated to bring about great freedom, healing, and wholeness for thoseI have had the privilege of working with.
I have experience working from a Christ-centered approach to counseling and implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools to work with clients to achieve their goals.
I received my Bachelors degree in Human Development & Family Studies and English from the University of Connecticut and my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph.
