Choosing a counselor is a personal decision, and I believe the counseling relationship begins
with listening, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. My role is not to tell you
who you should become, but to work alongside you as we explore what feels most important to
you and what may be influencing your current concerns.
Before entering the counseling profession, I spent more than 25 years working in leadership
development, coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational consulting. Those experiences
deepened my appreciation for the complexity of people's lives and the many personal and
professional roles they balance. While coaching and counseling are different professions, my
background has strengthened my ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen without judgment,
and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.
I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, workplace
concerns, and communication challenges. I view counseling as a collaborative process that
fosters self-awareness, understanding, and insight while honoring each person's individual
experiences, values, and pace.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Coco, and I am pursuing a Ph.D. in
Organizational Leadership. My research interests include ADHD and leadership, reflecting my
commitment to lifelong learning and supporting others through both scholarship and clinical
practice.
