Ludivine de Cambourg
Professional Counselor Intern

Empathy is the starting point for understanding where we come from, where we are, and where we can go. As your companion in this process, I am deeply committed to your well-being and growth with joy and laughter. I inherently believe in your worth as a person, as a child of God, and someone deserving of dignity, respect, and care. Throughout this journey, my priority is to foster a space where you feel free, supported, warm, and hopeful about the future. Together, we will work toward the flourishing life you deserve.

My passion as a counseling intern is to provide compassion, care, and undivided attention to the soul, mind, and body I have in front of me. As a Christian, I am deeply committed to integrating faith and evidence-based practices to support those on their journey toward healing and renewal. Guided by the teachings of Christ, I approach each client with unconditional love, compassion, and respect, seeing them as uniquely created in the image of God. My role is not only to provide therapeutic support but also to walk alongside individuals as they navigate their struggles, reminding them of the hope, purpose, and strength found in their heart and in their faith. It is a privilege to serve others in their times of need, helping them uncover the resilience and grace that God has instilled in them. Every interaction is an opportunity to witness transformation, to encourage growth, and to be a vessel of God’s love and healing. Through this work and a bit of creativity, I aim to fulfill my calling to bring light to those in darkness and to reflect Christ’s message of redemption and restoration. As meaning seekers, we are unique and each one of us is never the same.

Being a counseling intern allows me to contribute meaningfully to the lives of others while learning from every interaction, deepening my understanding of the human experience, and strengthening my commitment to this transformative field. It is an honor to be part of someone’s story and to witness their resilience as they work toward a brighter and more fulfilling future.

I have received a Bachelor of Arts at McGill University with a major in Art History and minor in Science. I have another Bachelors from L’Ecole du Louvre in France. Currently I am earning my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and am working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
