Marriage Family Theapist Associate

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who blends clinical expertise with compassionate, faith-informed care. I hold a Master of Divinity from Hartford Seminary and advanced clinical training in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University.

With over twenty years of pastoral and lay counseling experience, I bring both wisdom and warmth to the therapy room. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), faith-integrated methods, and narrative therapy to help clients find healing and deeper understanding in their personal and relational journeys.

I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life story—the product of experiences, values, and connections that shape who they are. My role is to help clients rediscover their voices, explore their stories, and find meaning and peace within them. Whether working with individuals or couples, I provide a safe and culturally aware space to explore life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and cultivate emotional and spiritual balance. My goal is to help clients navigate the complexities of faith, health, and healing with authenticity and renewed purpose.
