The decision to seek out counseling can be difficult to reach for a variety of reasons. In a culture that tends to view help-seeking as a sign of weakness, I believe that seeking help from a counselor or therapist is a sign of great strength. It would be my privilege to equip, empower, and encourage you on your journey of healing and wholeness.
I believe that the deepest healing occurs when the body, mind, and soul are addressed together. Each of us have been created by God, Who understands us better than we do ourselves. Therapy can help to draw your awareness to how God sees you and the purpose that He has for your life.
However you are feeling burdened—with anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts, relationship conflict, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions—I invite you to respond affirmatively to the Lord's invitation to "find rest for your souls."
I am here to accompany you wherever you are on your journey. Together, we will work collaboratively to address your current stressors, explore the underlying issues, and create goals to support you in your growth.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology from St.
