I earned my Bachelor's degree with a concentration in mental health from Southern Connecticut State University and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at the same institution. As an MFT intern at Renew, I am honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families on their healing journeys.
As a Christian, I value both spiritual and traditional approaches to therapy. I believe that true healing touches the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and that therapy can be a space that brings restoration and peace. My desire is to create an atmosphere where you feel heard, supported, and free to be yourself, wherever you are in your journey. Above all, I want to meet you where you are and support you as you take brave steps toward growth and healing.
