I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University.
I provide individual counseling for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. With a commitment to offering inclusive and culturally sensitive care, I work with clients to navigate a variety of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, addiction and substance use disorders, low self-esteem, and caregiver burnout. I have facilitated Group Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) sessions aimed at fostering coping skills, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and interpersonal effectiveness. These group sessions provide a supportive space for clients to connect, learn, and grow together. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, with a focus on strength-based techniques to empower clients. I recognize the importance of providing both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring that clients have access to flexible, personalized care.
