I am a therapist with a background in social work. I received my Social Work Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and my Social Work Master's degree from Boston College. Every day, I want to use my innovative abilities, passion, and sincerity to help those who are struggling with life's many changes. Individuals, as the sum of their life experiences, are the experts in their own lives. As a result, I'm excited to support every one of my clients in discovering their voice and embracing the situations that led them to where they are now.
I think it takes a lot of courage to seek help from a therapist or counselor, especially in a world that views doing so as a sign of weakness. I would be honored to be able to equip, empower, and encourage you on your journey to find the relief and growth that you seek in your mind, body, and spirit.
